We loved the atmosphere at Plaza Azteca. We felt the service was lacking. We got our drink & food order in a timely manner but after that the service was non existent. We didn't get asked how our food was, no ice tea refills and had to flag someone down to get pay our check. The table behind us had to go look for someone to place their order. This was a Tuesday early lunch so not too busy. The food was good, but I thought the price was on the high side for the amount of food you got.
They do not use skirt steak for Carne Asada. It was a good sized steak, but was so fatty that we couldn't eat half of it. Rice and beans were tasty.
Very good food. Little pricey. Not the kind of Mexican restaurant I'm used to being from idaho price wise. But will go again.
Food was fantastic. Service was great! Clean restaraunt. Will be back!
