I love the birria Ramen! The staff is nice & the music is good
Our waitress was not very nice, she didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. We also had to ask several times and remind her to bring certain things. They said there was no drink menu even though we found it on their website. It took several tries to bring the correct drink. We had to get up and go to the bar to find our drinks and then several still never came out. When they brought our food to the table we asked for silverware… they said they didn’t have anymore? Food and the people here are great.
I had a disappointing experience at Plaza Azteca. From the start, our waitress didn’t seem engaged or interested in helping us. When she did take our order, she struggled just to get our drinks right. When our food arrived, there was no silverware on the table. After we asked, she brought out plastic utensils, which didn’t match the setting at all. While the food itself was good, the service really took away from the experience.
