I moved in at the beginning of March and I love my space. The community is 66 townhomes so it feels very small and tucked away. I feel like they were built at a time when space was people’s main deciding factor. Everything here is either a 2x2.5 or a 3x2.25 and always has a 2 car garage. Truly feels like a home. Nice but super slow to replace/repair damaged properly areas. MT daughters patio is totally rotting and the properly manager acted as if they had no idea even after reporting and repeated requests to have it fixed.

I couldn’t find the entry dialed the leasing office on there video system at a gate on holly hall and I believe Anna was her name. I told her I wanted to view the place , I was at a closed gate and assumed they would open it once I told her what I was there for, after awkward silence and the gate not opening, I asked is the gate going to open she said it should already be open I said it’s not open and I’m assuming if someone calls you should see from which box they call since the camera is on and after I said that she said n... read more

Poor management. Security issues, contractor issues, and 0 communication regarding your safety. They do not care here. PERIOD! This was a really nice place before RPM Living took over. Garage is broken, has been for 3 weeks. There are very few parking spaces up front, which are usually taken by the time my wife gets home, forcing her to park behind our apartment, which faces a wooden fence with that has an unlocked open door that leads to a completely different apartment complex, no one's around back there at this time of ni... read more

The safety and security of the tenants must not be of importance to management. I was recently approached by man while walking to the mailbox at 8:30pm. It was already dark outside but also the courtyard and pool area doesn't have lights. This gentleman tried to approach me and ask my name and if I lived there. If it wasn't for my son-in law coming to make sure I was ok who knows what would have happen. When will management get serious about putting proper lighting on the grounds.
