There is no exterior lighting!! I’ve emailed and called the office! Nobody responds to my requests to turn on the lights in the back of my townhome. There are NO lights in the back, (pitch black) which feels very unsafe and management remains unconcerned! Yet, the rent is sky high and amenity fees are exorbitant! I’ve lived here for several years and I’ve never seen it this bad. I just want lights for me and my neighbors!
Bad service, and not respect for the clients they not doing their jobs !!!!!!!

I’m looking for a space for a corporate rental and came across The plaza apartment homes. Very spacious, but out of my budget. Jessica mentioned their sister property and gave us a tour or the model. Amazing experience from what I’d been seeing. Very personable and helpful.
