We remodeled our kitchen and replaced all our appliances. Tami was very knowledgeable about the appliances and spent several hours answering all our questions and helping us to make the best choices for the appliances in the kitchen. She was also incredibly responsive throughout the delivery and installation process. I highly recommend Tami at Plaza.

Had a wonderful experience with Millie at Plaza Appliance Mart. Our fridge died the night before we went on vacation. Millie was able to schedule a new wonderful fridge the next day and even worked with us to ensure the air was right! This store was recommended by Carolina Appliance Service and it was a fantastic experience!
Plaza Appliance goes above and beyond in customer service and they do price match. Donna was the sales associate I worked with and although I was not able to complete the sale due to a conflict on delivery dates. I would surely shop there again if needed. Thank you Donna
