Update after owner reply: I was there at 2:30 and you had 5 employees gathered around talking and I was the only customer in the store. Your excuse of being short staffed is untrue and just that, an excuse. 5 people doesn’t seem short staffed to me. And the fact that they couldn’t look up and say hi? Sounds more like a training issue to me. Went into the Pineville store today and was the only customer in the store. There were 5 employees that I could visibly see sitting around talking. I purchased a brand new LG washing machine in November 2024. Within two months the machine began to show an error code indicating a faulty valve and the machine leaked on the floor. A technician was sent and could not "recreate" the issue. Happens again and a second technician who was also rude was "not able to recreate the issue." When it happened a third time a technician came and replaced the valve indicated by the error code. A few weeks later it begins leaking again and a new error code is showing.
