The plaza appliance ads say that the sales people only sell appliances so they are experts. However, no one mentioned that the Whirlpool washer I bought hardly fills with water. It is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. I have bought other appliances at Plaza Appliances but I will probably never go back.
Donna is a rock star. She spent 2 hours with us last night helping my daughter select appliances for a kitchen re-do she's working on. She worked combinations of brands and rebates and floor models to get a package within our budget. No pressure to upgrade and very creative in the package. We're probably going back in a few months for a gas range. Thank you Donna!
Here to acknowledge great customer service I received as a walk-in with Donna. I was shopping for laundry machines and she was phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable about brands and gave key insight that helped me make a decision. Thank you, Donna, for sharing your time and helping me a few weeks ago. It’s been on my mind to drop a thank-you note in mail but figured I’d start here. Thank you!
"Had a fantastic experience purchasing a Kitchen Aid dishwasher here! Tami Taylor was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable without any high-pressure sales tactics. Pricing was very competitive—better than the big box stores—and the delivery/installation team was fast, polite, and clean. It’s so much better buying local and working with experts who actually care. I highly recommend her!"
