Edit 1-30-26: we have been living here for 7 months now. This is the first snow that we have had in these apartments. My thoughts are " they'll plow the snow from the sidewalks or at the very least put some salt down to melt the ice". Unfortunately, that's too much like right! I was told that if they plow the sidewalks or put de-icer down and somebody falls they're held liable. If they don't plow or de-ice the sidewalk and somebody falls it's an "act of God". Great place, my cousin and his girl lived there, never stopped fighting, they did their best to be accommodating, and when it came time to draw a line for the peace and prosperity of their community, they didn't hesitate to throw him out. Which actually makes me grateful, because most of the time accommodating people are unable to hold the lines their supposed to draw in the sand, the reason its only 4 stars and not 5 is because they let her stay but kicked him out. The staff is kind and understanding. They keep it clean. They spray once a month, no roaches. They inspect monthly to make sure everything is good. They are available if there is a problem. There are cameras. They are pet friendly with proper documentation. We have a designated place to take our dogs if we don't want to pick up poop, but some of the lazy, inconsiderate residents don't care so they let their dogs poop wherever. That's my biggest issue.
