Worst management ever. They refuse to follow HUD rules but expects tenants to follow their illegal rules that are self imposed.
Lived here for a year and the management staff was very nice and polite our apartment was very nice and my son loved it there it's where I brought my daughter home the other renters where very nice and there are some other kids there was very sad to leave behind the nice people but very excited they gave us the opportunity to get on our feet and move on to bigger and better things I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is down and out and just needs a little help
You need to spray for COCKROACHES!! They are literally crawling on the walls in broad daylight, this is crap you make people fight tooth and nail to get into these , and they are bug infested to the core, spray!!! And they barely get the one star from me!!!
Drive by place never stop there looks like a nice place but it's on 1st street. come to find out mangent is lying about people harassing tenants and they say crap that's not true at all about people. They should be replaced by someone else that's not like that. I found out recently they can get rid of roaches and they steal from the renters while they are not at home then lie about why the evict people.
