Never in a million years would I have even considered living in these apts. When I become homeless and at the shelter with my youngest son my thoughts about where I would live changed. There was funding available and the manager here was nice enough to look past my evictions (no one in town would rent to me). The halls looked bad with powder on the floors BUT when he opened the door to the apt that would soon be mine I didn't care about nothing else.
