Everything since the second I sent in my application was unorganized and messy. The management here is unbelievable. There are at least 3-5 associates on site every day during business hours. You will still sit outside your apartment if you get locked out. The apartment manager is the worst manager I’ve encountered. I got locked out of my apartment. Was assured someone was 15,10 and then 5 minutes away. AFTER 45 MINUTES THE MANAGER SHOWS UP AND THREATENS TO CALL THE POLICE FOR HARASSING THEM?????????? I was calling the maint... read more
Great management and staff! Just a great area in West Des Moines!
It takes over a week to get a response to any problem. once they get to you the problem takes minutes to solve. Overall the call center ruins the customer service aspect of the rental. But the residents and everything else about the place is amazing!
This apartment community has the best location in West Des Moines. Super close to everything.
