I had a great experience here today. I came in just looking for a couple of chains, one 9-speed, and one singlespeed. The worker who was here wasn’t sure where the singlespeed chains were, so he called the manager and found one. The 9-speed chains were easy to find, so no problems there. I was nervous coming in for parts because I wasn’t sure if they only serviced triathlon bikes, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of tools and parts available for purchase.
