Went out of business during our remodel and did not bother to tell me. Review does not really matter, as company is gone, but what a crock.

Worst experience ever. Had pool replastered, and it looks like I did it myself. Totally falling apart... coping is loose/wobbly/dangerous. Mortar is gone. Retaining wall top layer of stone is basically sitting there balancing and not secured at all. Countless texts/calls unanswered after a promise to make it all right. $30k down the drain! The owner should be convicted... he’s a thief!!!

If I could, I would give them negative 50 stars! I had them re-plaster my pool in 2013 for $6500. Right after, I noticed discoloration in one of the line feeds. I called them up and told them about it. I never heard from them. At the time I was not too worried about it. Within the next 3 years, I started having drainage issues in a garden near the pool. I installed a French drain to help. Last month when moving some old cinder blocks around, I found a pool of water near where the drainage issues occurred. I was sure I had a ... read more
