I purchased a playset almost 10 years ago. We received a 10 year warranty on our playset. Through the years and weather conditions in South Florida it took a beating. The people at Playkids backed their guarantee 100%. They came out and changed all the wood that was weather worn. Their service and warranty are second to none. Great customer service,experience repair personnel . I highly recommend everyone who is purchasing a playset for your child or grandchildren to use Playkids swing sets.

I customized a swingset and it is absolutely beautiful. From when I put the deposit down, they were able to install in a week. This is a rather large set (13ft tall by 26ft long) and it took the team only 7 hours to assemble and they did an amazing job. The wood and coating they use is very high quality and has so far proven durable in the south Florida salt air, rain, and elements.
