Rahul D is super helpful and has great energy
Life in this condo was okay but they have ridiculous police of parking. Most units has no disgnated parking. To rent out parking costs you 300$ per month. If you don’t rent out and want to use visitor parking which is first come first serve, parking enforcement will issued you 75$ tickets. The enforcement comes early in the morning, by the time you are in your bed so you can’t move your car🤦♀️. I think the building gets some profits from the tickets. Beautiful units, amazing amenities, the best outdoor/rooftop pool in the city and all in a lively neighbourhood that is walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in Toronto. Highly recommend this building, nothing but great things to say.
