The pizza is GREAT!! But accompanied with TERRIBLE customer service (Anderson Ca) I don’t think it’s worth it. They have had not one, but TWO no show deliveries to my house less than five minutes away. Today they messed up our pizza and said “if we bring the pizza back they will remake a new one but other than that there’s nothing they can do” ��� we have hungry children over here ... should’ve went with #westsidepizza
Loved the hot wings by far the best I've had the pizza was delish and crispy crust my husband love thee game on several tv's will be back

I love going to Players Pizza whenever I'm in the Redding area! The food, beer and customer service is never a disappointment! Penny & the staff are so friendly! The pizza is always delicious along with the salad bar! My nephew has had his birthday here for the last three years. I would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a great party for our 2 yr okd grand daughter. She had fun. We were in the back room. Food taste good. Thanks for the service.
I held a parent meeting there for one of my teams last night, The staff went above and beyond to host us, serve us and feed us!! The room was set up, clean and ready for us- early. The food and service is always great!!
Paid to rent the party room, came to set up and another party was going on, my sons party started an hour late since it was apparently ok the other party ran late, no diacounts were given, the employees didn't even care. They wanted to serve our pizza BEFORE we were even in the party room that i paid to use

Since your party; we are working hard to address concerns and call-outs. A few things that we have done is implement an online calendar (to ensure party timeframes).
