My son has been going here for a couple years and LOVES this place!!!! He plays hockey in college and it keeps him at his peak performance!

Staff have all been extremely helpful and friendly. Love the mental health aspect of training at the beginning of his sessions. Comes out of practice tired but still wanting to come back for more. Loves the positive energy the coaches bring. Lots of class options and the app makes it very easy to sign up for them
We're still there a year later! Trainers are very nice, pricing is fair, subs can be cancelled easily. THE PHYSIO IN THE FACILITY IS AMAZING AND FAIRLY PRICED!!! THIS BUSINESS CARES MORE ABOUT PEOPLE THAN MONEY. NEVER CHANGE. Previous review .. Daughter loves it, trainers are extremely positive and nurturing. Facility is clean and modern, membership packages are transparent and cancellation is easy. Prices are market average, $30-50 per session depending on plan. They do a solid job!
