I would never recoomened this company. You have to pay rent electronically and sometimes it takes over a week to debit (so you have to constantly monitor your account). They have extremely high fees and expectations for move out. My property manager is extremely overbearing and they have the right to start showing your property 30 days prior to your lease expiration (meaning you are still occupying your residence). We have used Playa for more than 10 years to rent out 2 properties that we own. They take excellent care of the owners as well as the renters. We highly recommend them.
I'm a long-time client of Playa and can't say enough good things about them. I retained them to rent out and manage my condo starting in 2008 and had no issues during that time. They communicated quickly on maintenance issues and checked the unit promptly after major weather events. I thought their management fees were reasonable for the service provided.
