I’ve had the pleasure of living in two different apartments at Playa Pacifica, and my experience was fantastic! The amenities are top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the well-maintained fitness center and common spaces. The community is always clean and inviting, making it feel like a true home. Playa Pacifica has been my home for the last 4 years and I got to say it is a great place to live. The apartments are cozy and spacious, and the building is equipped with amenities that I enjoy (pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, parking, tennis courts). The building is managed well and maintained properly. The maintenance team does a great job at keeping up with the repairs of the building and keeping the property clean. most unethical building management I’ve had to deal with/lived with. As do all the other negative reviews state, this property will do whatever it takes to not return portions your security deposit. I had a move out inspection with Mia and was told if I’d hire cleaners, they’d waive the cleaning fee upon move out. So I did hire cleaners, and then they still charged me on top stating it was not to their “standards”. RUN! Playa Pacifica and Decron run a scam. They advertise renovated units in a non smoking environment. That is a lie and a breach of contract. The property is filthy, riddled with weed and cigarette smoke and un met renovations. They allow tenants to smoke, hoard , and keep filthy feces infested spaces. Decron preaches they will “own” and take accountability but they do not. They allow this property to be disgusting and do not deliver renovations advertised.
