This is a beautiful location and fantastic set up if you want to bring your family for a quick stay over the weekend !!! Great restaurants, great service -Kerry Ann was the best !!! At the pool Oscar and Ana, will definitely be back! Thank You

Stunning Resort with Amazing Amenities, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with all of the amenities. Our room was just dirty.
Traveled 7+ hours with our baby and were disappointed on arrival. We booked a patio/balcony room but were initially given a downgrade with just a window—and no prior notice. After speaking with the manager, they gave us the correct room. The hotel offered $100 resort credit per night for the inconvenience, which was appreciated, but the lack of transparency and poor handling of the situation was very frustrating. Room itself was fine, but service needs improvement.
I went to your resort the first week in December of 2025. The staff was amazing, the restaurants were delicious. The room on the other hand was not the greatest. The sliding doors were filthy. The fan above the bed was layered in dust. I called housekeeping and they came and cleaned the room again. I asked why the room wasn’t completely cleaned for allergy purposes and was told for another $200 night i could move to an allergy free room.
