I stopped into playa bowl on a weekday around lunchtime and ordered the large size of the standard acai bowl. I should have ordered the small because it was just straight up not good. Acai should be a saturated dark purple color and have the texture of a fruit sorbet, and the bowl I got was purplish brown and mushy which tells me the acai was not fresh. This is my favorite acai place.
Worst customer experience. The lady who works there is zero in knowledge but infinity in attitude. Owner - if you're reading this better train her well or even better just replace her. Disgusting female. Acai was not good as well. Opened the bowl one minute after receiving and it was already melting.
