Always a great experience and fresh bowl/smoothie at playa bowls! Would highly recommend if you have never been. 10 out of 10!
They need to hire more staff.
The wait time for an acai bowl is unbelievable. I had to wait more than 45 minutes, and not just me, but everyone who was there today, a Sunday morning, with only one employee working until 12:00 pm when her coworker finally arrived.
I am going to preface this review by acknowledging that this establishment was likely understaffed at the time of my visit. The two women working seemed extremely stressed and sounded quite frustrated; I suggest evaluating staff volume to improve workflow and client relationship management outcomes. With that being said, I ordered a bowl with protein powder, and the powder was just clumped in the middle of the base, and this was unpleasant enough to dissuade me from continuing to eat the bowl.
