I used to love Playa and their service used to be great. I don’t know what’s happened the last few months but the quality - attention - has gone down. Each time I’ve been there of late my bowls are messed up - missing ingredients or wrong base - my juice doesn’t taste like it has the extra ginger I’ve asked for and paid extra for - and the workers don’t always call your name when the order is ready so you’re left standing there like a dummy for 20 mins wondering what the hell is going on. So disappointed recently. :/
Awesome smoothies, and the store is phenomenal! Great vibe & it smells sooo good in there great place to get some work done & grab a healthy snack
