Had to change the rating- so much to explain but I was double charged and tried calling three different days of the week, multiple locations, and everyone kept telling me ALL the managers were away for the next 3-4 days. I was fine waiting for a refund and repeatedly told anyone I spoke with I wasn’t mad I just wanted this situation solved. Finally for a manager from another location to call me back (at 1:13pm) and gaslight me saying they had issued a refund this morning. Yet I have an email saying it was refunded at 1:12PM.... read more
