They are very immature they need to work on self improvement. They have a nonchalant attitude and are very slow.
I hate publicly complaining, but I tried contacting customer service a few weeks ago instead of writing a review. They never replied. This location is consistently unorganized, and the staff are a tad confrontational. Waited 40 minutes for a bowl I ordered online for pickup. Kept asking when it would be ready since walk in customers were receiving their orders before me. Also, you pay an additional “convenience fee” when placing a mobile order in advance.
