I’m astonished. Honestly. I ordered an 8th ave bowl sub honey for Nutella and had wrote in the comments “please put extra Nutella as it is my favorite part!” Some staff member must’ve thought they were hilarious when they sent my bowl out with no Nutella at all. When I called to try to get a refund or have a new one sent to me (I ordered through their app for delivery as I am at work) they told me there was no manager on duty and they wouldn’t compensate me.
