I come here multiple times a week. Brie and Alderson are always so welcoming and make the best bowls. Highly recommend, my kids love the mango bowls.
As a fellow parent, I was really disappointed with our experience at this Playa Bowls location. Our order was made incorrectly, and instead of taking responsibility or helping fix the issue, the staff responded with rudeness and disrespect. It’s unfortunate to see this kind of behavior, especially from teens who are learning how to work with the public. Respect and accountability matter, and I hope the management and parents can help guide them toward better customer service.
