One Sunday, May 3rd a little after 7pm I had to wait over 30 minutes for my bowl, only to have it remade three times because the three young women working could not read "remove coconut". The fact that I had to wait that long is insane because it wasn't even busy. Slow slow slow. Couldnt get a bowl out on time if the world literally depended on it. Be prepared to wait an hour for an overpriced fruit bowl.
Love the bowls here, but have decided not to return after one too many frustrating service experiences. It takes 30+ minutes to put together two smoothie bowls and it's hardly any faster when we're the only customers in line. Staff acts like they don't know what they're doing and are sometimes rude. Beautiful location on the inside and plenty of choices . My only issues were: it took 15mins and it was empty , also my drink was as sitting down there because i couldn’t hear my name being called whether due to the music or the employee speaking so low. Maybe perhaps an intercom or tv screen with a pickup display. The quality of my drink was pretty decent not much flavor but filling . I would try it again
I’ve gotten açaí bowls, cloud smoothies and fruit bowls from here and it’s always a 10/10! The fruit is fresh and the ladies that work here are so sweet and bust their ass getting orders out- they all deserve a raise. I come here almost weekly!
