I’m really disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order from Playa Bowls. The drinks were not packaged safely at all. When using third-party delivery, the standard should be to seal the drink, place it in a bag, and staple it shut — but none of these safety measures were taken. I even tried calling multiple times beforehand to request secure packaging, but no one answered. This shows a lack of care for customer safety and well-being.
