The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because you had one person that was doing all she could to keep customers happy. You had only two people working on Memorial Day? Thankfully you had Sophia McHale there today. I watched as she seemed to be doing all of the heavy lifting and organizing. She is indeed an asset to your business and should be recognized for her efforts. If we were hiring at my place of business, I would have offered her a job on the spot. I LOVE Playa bowls and visit often but I just left and an employee was EATING a bowl at the COUNTER where they make the customer's bowls. Even worst, she had the bowl sitting on the counter where they were assembling orders. This is disgusting and a health code violation. Manager or owner needs to correct this behavior. It is not the first time i have seen these young employees eating or drinking and then handling customers' orders. It is Saturday, August 29th at 12:50pm. Look at who was working and correct their behavior.
