Sofia has been a wonderful support for my daughter during her transition to school. My daughter was quiet and struggling to express herself in safe and confident ways. Sofia created the space for her to feel comfortable within herself. Within a very short period of time, my daughter learnt tools to express herself and through positive experiences with Sofia and myself she continues to grow in confidence.
