I was looking for a specific, hard to find item. I called to see if this store had some. They did! I told the owner on the phone that I needed to talk to my hubby about them and options. Later in the day my hubby went to take a look. When he got to the store he asked the owner where to find the items. The owner had already pulled them and put them in will call in case we came in so he could make sure we got what we needed.
Very disappointed in the customer service - with one employee in particular. Unprofessional and rude. Won't be going there again and neither will my friends.

Advertise that they buy shoes on their flyer. But when my nephew tried to trade in a brand new pair of lebrons they turned him away. Definatley not the same play it again as the old days.
I recently took my grandson into the store to get a new hockey helmet. Alex helped us and he was great! My grandson is very difficult to fit. Alex spent over an hour trying different helmet and cage combinations until we found just the right one. Whatever Alex earns he deserves a raise!

Got set up head to toe in hockey gear for our son. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. We got everything we needed and for a very reasonable price. I know we won't be shopping anywhere else now!!
