Called to get ice skates sharpened and was told person who could sharpen was available until 3. Went to the store and was told he was in a meeting and would be back shortly. Left the skates to be sharpened when he would come back and went and ran some errands. Came back and was told he left for the day and went skiing. Spent the afternoon trying to get service and ended up being a waste of many hours on our part.

Have been looking for a stationary bike, and have been in looking for one a few times. Found the one I want today, and at a price I desired. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Told them I was not sure how to get it back to my house after purchase. The person working with me had a call made, and I was told it cold be delivered immediately. Even more amazing, I was not charged for delivery after telling them how to get to my house because they told me I lived so close (maybe two miles). Thanks again to everybody ... read more
