The gentleman who staffed the booth at the Valhalla Summer Invasion tournament today was completely disrespectful. After our team lost in a tense semifinal game, he commented- loud enough for the group of parents on the sidelines to hear- that we lost because we didn’t have jerseys. Our teams jerseys were held up at customs- something that was unforeseeable and unpredictable so they were allowed to play with their shooter shirts as jerseys. I do NOT RECOMMEND this business!!!! The rude and disrespectful owner, made fun of a group of 11-12 year old lacrosse boys this weekend because their club didn’t have their uniforms. And he did that to get business from another club!! His dumb comment was said right in front of US parents from said club with no uniforms!!!! Why are you making fun of kids, just to get business from another kid!!! Our uniforms got stuck in customs. So our kids wore they shooter shirts. I am so disappointed in this guy and will never spend my money to this branch of the franchise again. It’s a shame when the owner of an athletics store chastises and makes fun of a group of children at their sporting event to try and drum up business from another team. Hopefully what you did today will be far reaching and you are replaced at lacrosse events by other vendors.
