I bought an exercise bike here, it was supposed to be still covered under factory warranty, but the manufacturer is now out of business and its parent company would not help me when it broke. Play It Again was under no obligation to help because I purchased the bike several years ago, but they helped me anyways! I am a combat wounded, disabled veteran that uses the bike every day for physical therapy.
