RecommendedI was a little hesitant buying used equipment online before I had a chance to inspect it, but they made buying a used bike easy, and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase before I left. Very good customer service, and good prices on used equipment.
Great staff. They helped out immensely! Our son decided to try out for his HS hockey team for the first time ever. We didn’t own anything pertaining to playing hockey and didn’t want to spend a fortune. The lady gave us advice and helped with the sizing and selection of gear. She stayed by our side from the moment we walked in right up to ringing us up. Well worth the drive from Cadillac!

Great selection of disc golf discs (as good a selection or better than Tilley's), cool that they buy used discs as well. Maybe wish they had top of the line tennis equipment but not sure how many people would buy it if they did (hard to find anywhere in traverse, and most people would probably just buy it from the club they belong to anyway, despite ridiculous prices...). Nice place, surprised its not busier.
My wife and I got snow shoes there today. Quick, easy, knowledgeable, great price.

Great selection of new and used equipment! Plus the employees are always helpful and friendly!
Tried to exchange an item for the exact same item, same model, same color, in a different size without a receipt and they wouldn't help. Would only buy my item back and then charge me another $40 to buy the same item in a new size again, very disappointing.

This policy is posted & mentioned at checkout, as well as printed on the receipt itself. If you could determine what date the purchase was made - I would be happy to try to find your purchase in our database, and we could then process your return.
