My son got a $50 gift card for Christmas to PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS. Went in to use it at PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS ST PETERS and they would not accept it nor would they make it right customer service wise. I should not have to wonder if a store of a national chain will accept their own gift cards. I've been in the business world for 15 years. I know there were ways for them to address this without their only answer being 'we won't accept it, go to the Kirkwood store 30 miles away and maybe find what you need'. The staff was knowledgeable and patient as we outfitted a 5yr old for 1st yr t-ball.
Bought my golf putter from them new that totally compared to a hundred dollar putter from Dick's sporting good for less than half price .. Best I have had .
