Poor customer service! No greeting upon entering the store from the young lady behind the counter. However, the family my son held the door for were greeted immediately. Passed by a gentleman in a green store shirt. He said absolutely nothing. As we browsed, I didn’t see what I was looking for so I thought I would wait while the young lady helped the guy in front of me. I guess customers do not matter when the employees are too concerned about making schedules with multiple customers in the store. Could have spent half the time in there if I didn’t have to wait for everyone to look up from the calendar to help me. Just passing through and now I know not to return back.

Hey Gene, sorry you were not taking care of the way you should have been. I addressed the issues with my employees and I think they now understand what is important. If you do ever decide to come back I assure you it will be a much better experience.
Chris and his staff members are very knowledgeable about the new baseball bat guidelines and more than willing to take the time to help. They also had the biggest selection of bats.
Good selection of sporting goods and friendly customer service.
This was my first time at this location. I've been to the one in Charleston and now this one and I loved it! Very friendly , helpful and reasonably priced!
I always buy all our boys sports equipment here! Great friendly staff, awesome prices! Highly recommend them! Excellent customer service :)
