Brought it home, assembled it according to instructions, everything worked fine EXCEPT the little motor inside the bike that controls the level of tension on the belt did not work! Best shopping experience ever! Our son is getting into hockey and we had no idea where to even start. Evan went above and beyond helping us find the right gear - he helped size my wiggly kiddo and explained how everything should fit. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
