I really don’t like to leave poor reviews but this experience was a bit unprecedented. The person working the front desk & the only employee in the building was NOT an employee. She told me immediately upon entering the building she was just ‘filling in’ for somebody. Upon entering the play area, the place was dirty & unkempt. There is a difference between being worn & being dirty. There was hair, broken hair beads, & other built up crud on the floors & play structures.
