The lady Ms.Kim is rude and she think she can talk to the summer workers any kind of way not mines she contact the staff on the weekend he communicates is bad but she got the right i don’t play about mines
This is a nice place but It was 100 degrees outside today, the playground opened for 2 hours and the air wasn’t working. My kids faces were red and flush, parents were wiping and fanning their faces. The reception past out some water but I was disappointed. It would’ve been nice if there was a fan on. Smh
I will NEVER recommend this venue to anymore !! I booked a party here yesterday & it was a waste of my time & money ! The ONLY one employee on site was unprofessional NEVER came to check on us. She was on her phone with a little black ear bud the entire time ! She was trying to micromanage how MY twins party was operating ! Everything was time based !!! An hour to play 30 minutes to eat..
