I am a first time dog owner (at 38!) with a new 14 week old shih tzu. My girls and I have very specific preferences for his appearance. I was so unsure about where to take him for grooming. Recommend. My dogs always get the best of care when I drop them off at Play and Chase. I never worry about them and I like the webcam feature that let's me see and follow them around the play rooms.
My dogs have enjoyed their play time at Play and Chase as well as the outstanding grooming they have received as they are quite a challenge in that department. I also like the social interaction they get with all sorts of dogs and they are always tired at the end of the day.
NOT recommended – I'll give this place one star because Sara who works there is cool and understands dog behavior, also because it is clean. Unfortunately Sara does not own the place and the owner is a complete tool. My dog was left in a room, by the owner, with no human supervision and two dogs that were taking naps. When I checked on him on the cameras he had no one to play with and was chasing his tale. I called to find out what was going on and Sara apologized and moved him to the other room where he did fine, which I ap... read more
