Took my Yorkie puppy in today for an assessment. Drove 40 miles to be turned away because she is too small. Told the receptionist on the phone prior to my assessment appt. how small she was. I was also told on the phone that she would be in the “toy breed” section. Apparently there is no such thing. She will never qualify for PPP due to her size. I appreciate the concern for her due to her small size, just wish the receptionist knew what she was talking about when I made my original inquiry.
When I took my dog into daycare and came to pick him up. The staff could not find him!! I had to go in the back and look through 100 dogs only to find my dog labeled as “Banks Lincoln” in the back!! Obviously he wasn’t Banks- not sure if Banks is ok but I got my dog and got the hell out of there. Things have really gone downhill since the new management change earlier this month. Our dog can't get enough of this place. He comes home exhausted every time from running around with the other dogs. He loves playing in the pools. The staff is always super nice.
Our puppy Brutus absolutely LOVES this place. We have wanted a place so we can get him to socialize with other big dogs. He is a bit hyper bit everyone here has been so wonderful with him and encouraging that this will help him.
Jojo loved his stay at ppp. Thank you to the staff for keeping me updated with photos and report cards. He's been passed out in his bed since i picked him up this morning.

Told me my boyfriends service animal was an aggressive dog even though I went in alone & didn’t have either dog with me. Will NOT be coming here!!!!
