Poor customer service.
No customer service. 3 staff members out the back. No interaction. Put shoes in the box next to me and said there you are. Seriously! That person turned out to be the manager. Customers coming in and walking out because no staff are visible. Platypus this store needs training or give someone who cares about their job a chance!
Had to exchange an item here and had great customer service! Highly recommend platypus
