What a great team working here! I can’t see why other reviews are saying that there is 0 customer service, these people must of woken up on the wrong side of the bed lol. The team here are amazing especially shout out to Amy and Romily who helped me sort my Christmas presents out for the family, so fast and efficient on getting sizes for me !
Very Disappointed in my experience they didn’t have my size shoe so I went in and ordered for 9 1/2 to be delivered to my house. They sent me an eight. This was my Christmas present.
As mentioned by other reviewers, Zero customer service, felt like assistance was only offered on selective basis if any at all as all staff members seemed to be hiding away to evade in back room. Walked out.. Never again
Very poor customer service no acknowledgemen to customers walking in. Staff working on Wednesday the 03.12.25 morning were so occupied with their task ignoring all $$$ sales walking in store. Happy with my purchase from two stores down.
Pretty unfortunate that we came to the store and it wasn’t opened, it’s 9:11am and really wanted to grab some shoes for work! But when they did open the lady was super nice, the gentlemen doesn’t seem very happy this morning so I’ve changed my review from one to five because of the handover and the lady being super professional
