Popped in this morning to buy some new gym shoes and the manager, Luke, was absolutely lovely! He was so patient and took the time to explain all the different styles and what would suit me best (which was very helpful considering I know nothing about shoes 😂). His customer service was amazing such a great experience! Not to mention I absolutely LOVE the style of shoes I ended up getting NB 9060 they’re SOO comfy!! Manager was terrible he refused to apply the discount on my doc martins that my husband brought me yesterday telling my husband it's a new leather and he cannot apply the discount I will be talking to head office today who else has he done this to Il b in there getting my shoes changed and my discount applied
First review obviously, love the new store I bought a pair of Nikes last week and they are very comfortable and make me taller :) staff were nice to 👍
