I wore the shoes for one day. After this brief use, they caused significant wounds and blistering on both of my feet, demonstrating a fundamental product failure and lack of safety. I returned to the store to request a remedy. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. When I explained the product had caused injuries, she repeatedly gave the irrelevant reason that she "could not resell them because I had worn them," completely ignoring the core issue that the product was faulty and unsafe. Literally couldn't have had better service if they tried. Such a fun, positive team, really know their stuff with sizing and kids feet development. I really value service as part of a purchase price and these girls kill it. Zara and Courtney are gems
