Had wonderful customer service from Rachel, she was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I ordinarily hate shoe shopping but I am very happy with my purchase and the experience shopping at Platypus Fountain Gate.

Amazing service by the lovely Courtney at the Fountain Gate Store
Went in tonight, the girls were too busy gossiping and discussing what they were going to get in their beauty loop from Mecca to serve, and when I eventually asked for help I may as well have just talked to a brick wall, she was apparently too busy chatting to help a customer that wanted to buy a $300 pair of shoes, lucky I went else where as they were cheaper at Myer anyway and staff were more than helpful there.
Didn’t catch her name, but a lovely blonde lady with a wolf/animal tattoos sold me a pair of shoes earlier today with by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She was super attentive and friendly and helped me feel comfortable picking a shoe right for me. Thank you so much!!!
