Buyer beware!! I had a pair of shoes put on hold at the Hornsby store for next day pick up. Now apparently if someone purchases them online, even though you are there to collect when you said you would then its too bad sorry the shoes are sold. Very bad customer service, I drove 40 mins out of my way to pick up these shoes. Would of been nice to know this as we would of happily paid for them at your Castle Hill Store to secure the purchase. Highly not recommended to buy here... i bought pair of shoes for my daughter as a Christmas present and got the wrong size they refused to replace it as I lost the receipt.. even i'm showing them purchased details in my bank.. definitely not going back any platypus shop specially hornsby very disappointed with them and their poor customer service.this is boxing day 26 December
I shooped at the Hornsby Platypus and arrived right as the late-night shopping busy period began on the night before Black-Friday and the team was able to share their brilliant reasonings as to how I should size a pair or Dr Martens, a special shout to Zoey who had just began her shift, knew she'd have a long and busy night, and still made time to go above and beyond during the sale 👣
both times ive been in to return shoes, alex has been such a gem!! im always dreading returning products to any store but both times have been so bloody breezy. the second time, zoe was there too and we all had a lovely chat! both team members were a huge help in deciding which size to go for. i highly recommend visiting hornsby platypus as the service is not only quick, but kind and thoughtful.
