Spoke to a guy on the phone after seeing the open sign on when I drove by. I asked if I could go look at the homes and talk about simple things. He said he is the only one in the office and I couldnt go in. Why would you have someone in the office and leave the open sign on if they cant do the job it makes no sense. Not even to mention he didnt sound enthusiastic about the call at all and I had to have him repeat things to me multiple times. Ridiculous service.

Family bought a home from them and we have had nothing but issues. They sweet talk u into buying but cut u off after the work is done and enough of the money goes through. For us they had the WORST subcontractors and refuse to take accountability for the subcontractors THEY picked. Our house is just over three years old and has rotting floors, split cement, sagging ceiling tiles, split ceilings, our fireplace leaks, my whole room is filled with black mold, and the floor on the whole backside of our house leaks in the basemen... read more

We call Plattsburgh Wholesale for an appointment. We told John our price range and when we met he had pulled plans in our price range and worked with us to get what we were looking for in a price we could afford in our retirement. Just starting our process but so far so good.
