Had no issues with this company until this year, I was charged extra for bag overage I called and it was explained to me that if the bin can’t close you’ll be charged $4 extra for each bag until the bin can close ever since then I always make sure I have no extra bags and my bin can close, last month June and this month July there is bag overage charges on my bill I have cameras on the house showing that my bin is not full and nothing is stopping it from closing, I don’t know why these refuse collector or doing this but they... read more
Very rude woman answers the phone. I asked politely for a recycling bin or if I was on a waiting list. Mind you I was on a waiting list for my trash bin And when it arrived, I noticed I didn’t Have one for recycling. Was told I had to ask for one. Sorry I’m a new customer. Hangs up as I’m Saying have a nice day thank you. Sorry if you’re having a bad day but that’s not my fault I was Very professional.
