I previously gave a not so happy review, as the flowers I ordered had not been delivered. Upon calling the store and was explained what happened, as well as the flowers getting delivered (and beautiful at that), I feel it's only fair to give a better review, as their customer service spoke volumes.

Very satisfied! While their website is quite descriptive and user-friendly, I approached this purchase differently. I first did a Google image search for flower arrangements of the type/color/display-pattern that represented what I wanted. I then called this florist, and while on the phone I emailed them the sample images. They said no problem for them to match the arrangement style—and the next day when they emailed me a photo of the floral arrangement prepared for me, it was a perfect match! After having made a special trip to the store to inquire about sunflowers for a once in a lifetime special occasion, I ordered and paid for what I wanted after viewing the options. A couple days before the event, all of a sudden, there was "a problem with the grower who could not supply" the number of flowers I'd ordered In the size I'd ordered. Their solution was to substitute smaller, cheap looking alternatives. It felt like bait and switch, but at the last minute, I had no choice but to try to work with what was provided.... read more

Purchased 1 doxen carnations assorted colors on 5/92024. I was dumbfounded on the price at $33.00, bit in shock when my flowers were dying that evening! I was out and about today for groceries and other household needs , Target and Walmart has beautiful healthy roses, red, white, pink and yellow for $12.99 at Walmart and$15.00 at Target. Completely dumbfounded and dissatisfied!
