Dr. Powell actually listened to me. She listened to my concerns and found a solution. Edit: she keeps doing the same treatment for a new issue that is not working, and is kind of making it worse. Every time I address this, she acts like I'm not doing everything she asks, as if it's impossible that her treatment is just not working. Today, I was late. My car wouldn't start. Poorest care I have ever received for my Mom who had sudden hearing loss. She was sent to Dr. Powell as the ENT expert who intern sent her to Vermont for pressure treatments to correct it to a facility that only has chambers that reach 4psi, when the condition she has requires a minimum of 17psi. It was a waste of time and money and exhausted my parents traveling 3 hours a day to Vermont for treatment that was no where near what was needed for her condition. The care received by Dr. Powell was exactly what I was hoping for! She listened to the past issues and was quick to remedy. She's very thorough, communicates throughout the entire procedure, and is easy to talk with. The office staff were great as well! The office as a whole is clean and organized.
