My cat looked like he was having a seizure so I called them & explained what was happening, as I was sobbing, asking if they could somehow help. Whoever picked up the phone simply said “no the doctor isn’t in” & I said “okay” & she just hung up. Call me sensitive, idc, but I expected at least a “I hope everything’s okay” or offering a vet that could possibly help me. I don’t know, it was just upsetting. They take care of our cat Salem. Competent and nice. Also very helpful when we have found a couple of strays in the past. Woudl strongly recommend.
We brought our kitty in after he got bit by our Boxer/Husky. The AMAZING care and treatment we got is nothing less then the very best! By the time I had walked out the door they were giving my poor kitty the very best care. I felt so comfortable leaving him there for the night. Got a call that same night letting us know that he was doing amazing & would more then likely get to come home the next day. Dr. Molly was so nice and helpful when she examined my horse and cleaned up his cut. I could not have been happier, im very impressed with the clinic and i'm very happy to know we have such great vets here in Platteville!
