I have rented several places over the years—some great, some mediocre, and others just plain awful. The upkeep here is good at best. The office staff, especially the manager, are rude. The manager speaks at you and not to you and provides ZERO customer service. I will give my notice when the time comes, as I personally prefer a management team with a bit more service-oriented thinking and style.
