Great place to live in, friendly neighborhood, amazing view, school, clinic, fire department and more.
I do not recommend these apartments. They’re full of crackheads. My friend is dealing with one in her building almost crashed into her kids room. Douglas County Housing Authority will not do a thing about it

Awful management as well as maintenance they will do a non-renewal after 4yrs out of no where if you find people in your apartment and call the police. Would have never guessed places like this actually exist. Absolutely horrible experience living here cops called for a guy with a gun ask around before attempting to enjoy this place
