I absolutely adore Lindsey. Very knowledgeable and patient. Best PA I have in years. BUT, the phone staff is horrible. They never answer the phone. If you leave a VM, they might call you back in a day or two. Frustrating! If it wasn't for Lindsey, I would go elsewhere.
Staff is great.
Overall everyone is great. Front desk to the lady who draws the labs. She is top notch. Lupe is very special and always goes the extra mile. Jill has been wonderful too. Always makes you feel heard and never rushes you. Answers all your questions and explores all possible avenues to help!
I have been going here for over 15 years and this practice is clearly in it just for the money. Made a yearly check up appointment and apparently when you discuss your health concerns it is not preventative care and you will be billed for discussing your health concerns. I do not recommend this practice. If you want someone that cares and not just in it for money find another practice that actually cares about their patients
