Very disappointed in their billing system. They made me pay upfront for custom orthotics with the understanding that I would be reimbursed once my insurance covered it. My insurance paid them in August, I'm still waiting for my reimbursement. (Christmas is next week!) I've called their billing department numerous times only to get no answer or excuses when they do answer. Never again.
