This practice doesn't state who they are on their answering machine and they never answer the phone. Its quite frustrating. I dont use their portal, im old.
Kind, knowledgeable medical staff. They make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
I think Charity is rude and sounds annoyed every time she talks to you. If she doesn't like her nursing job she should really look into fast food it would be perfect for her. Her tone is very condescending and shes not ever been friendly, you can almost hear her eyes roll over the phone. I love this practice and my provider but I'm almost ready to change providers because of Charity.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They always treat us well and get us in for our appointments quickly.
